There is no minimum order restriction.  All applicable sales taxes, plus a $9.90 domestic shipping and handling charge, will be added to the total sales price.   Domestic purchases will be normally shipped "UPS Ground", or Parcel Post, unless alternative delivery is requested.  Parcels weighing more than one pound, or alternatively shipped, may have additional charges.  International sales will have a $20.00  United States Postal Service Air Express shipping charge for the first one pound.   For international sales, all duties, levies or tariffs imposed by the destination country shall be the responsibility of the buyer.  Shipping and handling charges will be waived for sales orders of $500.00 or more.  All purchased material will be shipped within 5 working days of payment confirmation, except when an advance notice of processing delay has been given. 

All prices are in US dollars.  Retail dealers, and serious artists with special item needs, should inquire about availability and pricing considerations.  Anyone interested in negotiating  prices for multiple item purchases are invited to contact us at  lincolngems@lincolngems.com; every consideration will be given to reasonable offers.

Visa, Master Card, and Discovery credit cards cards are accepted for domestic sales.  Only Visa and Master cards are accepted for International sales at this time.  My merchant account provider has a policy that requires first time orders to be shipped to the card billing address, no secondary address drop shipments.  If payment is to be made by personal check, bank draft, money order or electronic transfer the purchased items will be held in reserve for up to 20 days pending transaction completion.

Purchased materials may be returned without question if returned within 20 days of receipt, provided all materials are returned in undamaged and unaltered condition.  Please contact lincolngems@lincolngems.com to establish the return qualification date, and to coordinate return shipping.

Lincoln Gems and  Craft's preference is to offer finished gemstones for sale, and customer suggestions and input regarding future gem cutting projects will be considered.  Custom cutting orders will, however, be entertained under the conditions outlined below.

Use of rough material provided by Lincoln Gems and Craft is preferred.  Client provided rough might be undertaken with the understanding Lincoln Gems and Craft shall not be responsible for flaws or imperfections within the rough, or for gem weight recovery.  Recovered gem weight is dependent upon variables beyond the control of Lincoln Gems and Craft including, but are not limited to, general rough quality, color zoning, internal flaws and fractures, rough shape, and cut style.  If flaws that prevent completion are discovered during the cutting of rough provided by the customer, the unfinished gem and all associated rough pieces will be returned to the client with a minimum service charge of $20.00 plus shipping.  Prior to cutting client provided rough the value of the rough shall be agreed upon, and that agreed value shall be the limit of any and all Lincoln Gems and Craft liabilities.  Lincoln Gems and Craft will not consider repair of existing gems at this time, except where the existing gem is considered to be rough material with the conditions stated above.   Expect a number of  telephone calls, e-mail and transmission of photographs to coordinate needs, desires, and discussion of options during the course of the cutting project.

As a pricing guide, my basic cutting fee is $60.00 per hour plus the cost of any Lincoln Gems and Craft provided rough material.  The actual cutting time will vary with gem size, gem species, and style of cut, but each project will be quoted with an appropriate "not to exceed" price limit.  Please contact lincolngems@lincolngems.com to further discuss details, or explore a flat project fee.  The completed custom cut gem, and all unused pieces of customer provided rough, shall be shipped to the client upon receipt of all fees and charges.  Should the client reject the gem within 20 days of receipt, all fees and charges will be refunded with the return of all materials in undamaged and unaltered condition.  If the rough was provided by the client, Lincoln gems and Craft will additionally remit the agreed upon rough value in exchange for all rights to the cut gem(s) and remaining rough material.   Please contact lincolngems@lincolngems.com to establish the return qualification date, and to coordinate return shipping.
