Lincoln Gems and Craft is a very small business, and doesn't offer a shopping cart function at this time.  Please use e-mail, telephone, FAX or snail mail to place an order.  Please include with your order the product catalog number, product description, the posted price, your e-mail address, FAX number (if any), and a contact telephone number with time of day availability.  Please indicate your preferred method of contact.

Upon receipt of your order, Lincoln Gems and Craft will confirm the item availability and price by telephone, FAX or e-mail as you prefer.  After confirmation of the order detail, you can indicate your chosen method of payment.

If you chose to pay by credit card please provide your credit card type and number, expiration date, exact card holder name, card billing address, three digit card identification code, and shipping information.  This information can be provided  either by telephone, by FAX or  by snail mail.  If you wish, you can at your own risk provide the information by e-mail, but please note the e-mail transmission link is not secure.  It is important to note that shipments for first time credit card orders must be made to the card billing address.  If that presents a problem for you, please inquire whether or not  other means of protecting against stolen cards that might be employed.

If you wish to pay by personal check, bank draft, money order, or by electronic transfer, the ordered items will be held in reserve for up to 20 days pending receipt of payment.

 Lincoln Gems and Craft manually processes credit card purchase approvals on-line utilizing VeriSign PayFlow Link secure transmission services, and is partnered with Merchant e-Solutions.  All orders will be shipped upon confirmation of payment.  All sales will transacted in US dollars.
